I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from promptly assisting with my luggage to providing complimentary toiletries that heightened my experience of luxury. The owner's proactive involvement in our stay, especially in navigating an alternative route during a traffic jam, showcased a level of care that truly stood out. The food was a delightful surprise, with each meal served reflecting quality and freshness; I especially enjoyed the poha for breakfast. This haven is a hidden gem in Nainital, perfect for anyone seeking tranquility amidst nature without compromising on comfort.
